DJI has officially unveiled the Osmo Pocket 4, bringing noticeable upgrades over its predecessor and positioning itself as a powerful tool for modern content creators. One of the biggest improvements is in slow motion. The Pocket 4 now supports 4K at 240fps, doubling the capability of the previous model. This allows creators to capture smoother, more cinematic footage, especially useful for action, travel, and dynamic scenes. Photo quality has also seen a significant leap. The camera now captures 37MP images, compared to around 9MP on the Pocket 3. This makes it more versatile for both photography and video, rather than being limited mainly to vlogging. Another major upgrade is the addition of 107GB of built-in storage, reducing reliance on external memory cards and making file transfers faster and more reliable. Battery performance has improved as well, with a 1,545mAh battery offering longer usage time. Fast charging support allows the device to fully charge in around 30 minutes, which is ideal for creators on the move. On the video side, quality has been enhanced with a higher 180 Mbps bitrate and up to 14 stops of dynamic range, resulting in sharper, more detailed footage across different lighting conditions.
